The open house for a home for rescued girls in Eastern Colorado was February 2nd. Thanks to the body of Christ who made this possible, including our U COUNT team and Men’s Ministry. Pray for the logistical details of “filling the beds” and for the first girls that God will bring to the home.
Praise to God that the President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee, recently signed laws that will outlaw human trafficking in India and make all forms of sexual assault punishable crimes. U COUNT Team
Pray for protection for all of our team members and their families. We are forging through very dark and evil territory as we partner to stop abuse. Pray for good physical health, emotional support, and team cohesiveness to continue. Pray for new volunteers, that they would follow God’s leading in how to be involved. Pray that we would not lose sight of what it is that God has called this team to do, and that we’d encourage others in their callings.
Project Rescue New Delhi
*Three ladies are seriously considering leaving GB Road. Please pray for “Kay”, “May”, and “Jay”. Pray that the Lord continues to work in their hearts. Pray for boldness and courage to leave GB Road.

Global Family is just starting work in Myanmar and has a young couple who will be located there for the next year. Please keep this couple and the people of Myanmar in your prayers.
They send this news and ask for prayer:
Over 168 children have become orphans in the state of Kachin and more than 100 children have lost limbs over the past three months due to fighting between Myanmar military and Kachin Independence Army (KIA). More than 600 men and women have lost limbs and over 100,000 Kachin people are suffering in temporary camps. Please pray for the people of Myanmar and for protection for the children who have been orphaned. The children are not able to go to school and many people are without food.
Project Rescue Kolkata
Continue to pray for a new place for the Vocational Unit in Kolkata. The lease on the current building is up in March. They would like to find a multi-purpose building to be used not only for the Vocational Unit, but for the Evening Care Center as well.
Pray for the girls at the new home…that they would thrive in their new community and in school.
Pray for peace and unity among women and staff in Kolkata. Keep all the staff lifted up in prayer, that they would feel God’s presence daily and feel supported and encouraged in their very difficult calling.
