U COUNT DECEMBER 2015 PRAYER NOTES

U COUNT DECEMBER 2015 PRAYER NOTES

Lyrics from O Holy Night…

…Truly He taught us to love one another

His law is love and His gospel is peace

Chains shall He break for the slave is our brother

And in His name all oppression shall cease

Sweet hymns of joy in grateful chorus raise we,

Let all within us praise His holy name…

May this continually be our prayer!

– Bonnie Northop

DECEMBER PRAYER NEEDS:

Domestic:

Please pray for our first responders, focusing on:

  • The Alpha Center
  • MCR ER
  • Poudre ER
  • Banner ER
  • Paramedic/Ambulance Responders

Please pray for these front line employees to see what needs to be seen and have the courage to report what needs to be reported.  Pray God would use them to intervene.  Also, that those who are being trafficked would have the courage to reach out to get the help they need and God would use these first responders to rescue them.

From Our Global Partners:

Project Rescue/Deepika – Kolkata, India

  • The PROTECTION of all our children at the Home of Hope and Evening Care Center and the working teams that they will be kept safe all the time.
  • For the children’s soon coming exams that they will be in good health, study hard and do well.
  • The advancement of local business for further sustainability.
  • More suitable staff to join. We desperately need a good teacher to teach our girls who study in English medium schools.
  • The spiritual growth, health, creativity, a sense of unity among all our ladies & the Vocational Unit leaders.

Praise!

We as a family thank God for His healing touch on our son who went through brain surgery in August. It was a sudden storm but our God who knows how to still the storm was with us all along. Pray for his complete healing and restoration.

Project Rescue New Delhi, India

Our boys and girls from our Home of Hope will be performing in their school Christmas program on December 12.  Over 300 children will be in costume and on stage.  It’s a big production and many unsaved loved ones will be in the audience.  Please pray for the program and that those visiting will respond to the Gospel message.

Our boys and girls will also be performing a dance in their church program, December 13.  Please pray as they prepare to perform. They are so excited and we have invited their mothers!

We are working with several mothers regarding their children coming to our Home. One of the girls was with us in 2011-2012.  Her mother moved to a village and removed her but now she is back in Delhi.  We’ve been working with her mother for several months.  Please pray that this girl will be able to return to us in January.

We continue our search for property for the permanent Boys and Girls Home. Please pray that complications with the deed will be resolved quickly and if this is the right location for the home that God would remove all obstacles and make the way clear!

Our meetings at the Outreach Center continues.  Thursday, we again had our weekly meeting and also our Adult Education class.  Four ladies are interested to learn English.  Please pray for those ladies studying, that God will give them the strength they need to learn and grow.
